with The Plein Air Painters of Hawaii

I was fortunate to join the Maui-based Plein Air Painters of Hawaii Paint Out event hosted right here on the Big Island of Hawaii.  The event spanned four days November 10-13 with two painting session per day. On Saturday the 12th we collected our wet-paint creations and hung them at the Lavender Moon Gallery for a "Wet Paint" exhibition. During this event I had the honor of my painting be voted for Artist's Choice Award!  My first award for my work (not counting those won in grade school!).

Here are the paintings I created during this wonderful event.  I can't wait to travel to the other islands for the next Paint Out!
